因为“责任”,我们成为了“人”——中国公民,世界公民;
是一种认识,认识到自己的责任,认识到成就事业的规律;
是一种品德,也是一种习惯;
就是以天下为己任,勇于创造追求卓越;
就是将小事做好,在平凡中实现自我的超越;

第一,在全球化的时代里,让我们的老师和学生了解、欣赏、尊重多元的民族文化;
第二,让世界了解中国的文化、中国的教育和中国的学校;

The speech delivered at the international
seminar of ISC
NSFZ hosted an international seminar aiming at “
Education Wisdom in Global Age” on Aprl.19. Altogether
12 experts from ISC, who are from America, Spain,
Sweden, Singapore and Chinese Taiwan, were present.
Principals and senior management from some of the
key schools both within and outside Jiangsu province
attended the meeting.
The following is the speech delivered by Principal
Wang Zhanbao at the seminar: To
foster the best development of each of our students ---the
pursuit of NSFZ
by Wang Zhanbao
April,
19, 2006
Our thoughts:
Around 2400 years ago, the great ancient educator
and thinker remarked in his analects “ Lun Yu”:
A gentleman devotes his efforts to the roots,
for once the roots are established, therefore
grows the way.
So what are the roots of our school? And what
are the roots in school Education?

Features of our students:
Responsible Creative
We are devoted to make our students leading
citizens of the world who know to bare responsibility
and are creative.
Due to responsibility , we are recognized as
“human”, human of the nation and human of the
world.
Due to creativity, we are identified as a unique
group, which can represent our own culture in
the global time.
We focus more on the healthy development of our
students rather than just being anxious to see
their achievements.
We focus more on building up a nice personality
in every student than just fostering their academic
development.
We focus more on students’ capacity of critical
thinking than just without questioning
In short, we focus more on students’ life-long
development.
Our pursuit is to leave our students part of history
that they can recall; To provide a culture for
our students to experience; to give them some
time when they can think about and arrange for
their future; to bring them onto a stage, where
they learn to perform; to present before them
some opportunities, by taking which, they can
demonstrate their creativity; to plant a dream
in everybody that they are expected to grow well.

Diligence Leads to Ultimate
Achievement
----reflections
on school motto
If you
have great talents,
Diligence will improve them
If you have but moderate
abilities,
Diligence will supply their
deficiency And
lead to ultimate achievement
It is a motto
imbedded in everyone Here
at NSFZ
So much as life’s treasure
grows With
every passing day.
Not a mere
motto, but the awareness
of responsibility and big
dreams for the day ahead; It
is the virtue and habit deeply rooted
the ability too important
to be ignored
Those who
dare to challenge their limits while
no one seems to care
Those
who can fill the unforgiving minute
with all sweat and patience
Those
who still keep their chins up
whatever
the circumstances
Those
are people
Here
at NSFZ
Diligence
leads to ultimate achievement
Generation
after generation
We
carry the torch far
Into
the future

team. We work as an efficient team to make ours
a high quality school. All the management are
not dominant but encouraging and inspiring.
Our Mission:

Our school logo, in which three Chinese characters
resembling “ Mankind, Career, Personality” , best
explains that our mission is to foster the best
development of each of our students and make them
all responsible global citizens.
To foster the best development of each of our
students: to make our students qualified in future
global age and thus, the best will still emerge
as the best and the ordinary no longer ordinary.
Thank you!
